| What to
Bring: |
- 2 4x4 swatches knit in a worsted weight yarn
- A worsted weight yarn with appropriate sized needles.
(Cascade 220 with US8/5mm needles)
- A crochet hook (US5/3.75mm or US 6/4mm)
- A sharp sewing needle and thread
- A double pointed needle that is 2 or 3 sizes smaller than
your needles for your worsted weight yarn. (US 5/3.75mm or
US 6/4mm)
- 2x 25mm buttons.

Do you knit beautiful garments, but are challenged when it comes to
finishing them? Learn to finish your knits like a
professional! This finishing class is for those who have
mastered seaming with mattress stitch and would like to learn a
little more.
You will learn to pick up stitches for bands and collars; how to
make and space out buttonholes; and how to sew in zippers. By
the end of the class you will graduate from ‘homemade’ to ‘hand
crafted”!
Class requirements:
You must be comfortable with knitting and purling, casting on and
binding off.
