Knitting is both fun and good for kids. Many kids enjoy the sense
of satisfaction they get from learning a new skill and creating a
beautiful product. As well, knitting improves concentration, manual
dexterity and literacy skills, while building self-esteem and
confidence.
Our kids learn to knit classes will consist of three 2 hour
sessions offered during March break.
Students may attend one, two or three classes
(please register for each one separately).
Different skill levels will be accommodated during each session and
all students will learn basic knitting skills and begin (and maybe
finish) a knitting project in a relaxing and positive atmosphere.
