Already know a bit about crochet and have a hankering for
something a bit different? Come spend a few hours exploring Tunisian
crochet, a variant of the craft that produces a distinctive textural
fabric that's a little like crochet and a little like knitting. We
will snack on four Tunisian stitches -- simple stitch, knit stitch,
purl stitch, and double crochet -- while making a coaster or three.
Prerequisites: some experience of traditional crochet techniques,
especially chaining, working into chains, and single and double
crochet.
