Tides - Cones

Tides is a 2-thread yarn, mixed from 70% lamb's wool and 30% silk.
A fantastic combination where the glossy silk sticks out like little tweed tufts in the softest lamb's wool. Holst Yarn Tides is a beautiful and very soft yarn which is fantastic for both knitting and crocheting.

  • Tides are sold in keys of 50 grams - cross keyed and ready to use. And on coils of approx. 500 grams.

  • Running length: Approx. 287 meters per 50 grams.

  • Knit with 1 thread on needles 3-3½ (approx. 25 stitches of 10 cm).

  • Knit with 2 threads on needles 4-4½ (approx. 16 stitches of 10 cm).

  • The yarn can be washed in the machine on a cold wool programme.

Supersoft - Wool Cones

Holst Garn Supersoft is a classic non-superwash yarn in pure new wool.
Supersoft is a blend of 50% merino wool and 50% shetland wool, and it is perfect for both knitting and crochet. Holst Garn Supersoft is available in a large variety of shades - both solid and melange.
The wool is from New Zealand and Australia - all from non-mulesing sources.

  • Supersoft is available in 50 g cake balls - and cones at approx 500 gr.

  • Approximately 287 meters/314 yards per 50 gram

  • Knit with one thread at needles 3-3.5 mm/US 2.5-4 (Approx. 25 stitches = 10 cm/4 inches).

  • Knit with two threads at needles 4-4.5mm/US 6-7 (Approx. 16 stitches = 10 cm/4 inches).

  • You can use a washing machine - on a cold delicate wool program.
